REGISTRATION

All new Members of Hockey Club must first register a Parent Account for Hockey Club through the MindBody form below prior to booking any appointments or classes. This Parent Account will automatically merge with any pre-existing MindBody account.

Membership registration will enable families to access, reserve, and pay for all Hockey Club appointments and training sessions through MindBody or on our posted website schedule. If you already have an existing MindBody account, Hockey Club will be automatically linked to your profile for all bookings and payments.
